• Install audio, video, control systems, video conferencing equipment, etc.
• Fabricate racks.
• Pull and terminate a variety of cables.
• Read drawings and blueprints.
• Perform service and system maintenance.
• Complete other assignments as needed.

• Employees embrace company culture and are proactive, not simply clocking in.
• Can work independently with minimal guidance while asking questions when help is needed.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills and can represent the company to clients.

• Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Customer Service experience is essential.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• 2+ years of audio‑visual installation experience required.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds overhead, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass a motor vehicle check and criminal background check.
