Experience: Entry Level

Salary: $35 - $40 per hour

• 1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a foreman/ carpenter or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
• 2. Proven experience as a skilled carpenter with knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• 3. Experience in retail construction projects is a plus.
• 4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure.
• 6. Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• 7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
• 8. High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in a skilled trade (carpentry) or relevant field is a plus.
• 9. Physical stamina and dexterity; the ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
• 10. Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 11. Must being willing and able to travel!

As a Carpenter/Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and meet the highest standards of quality.
