Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and building systems;
Troubleshoot ammonia compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, and controls per safety standards;
Conduct inspections, performance testing, and calibration of refrigeration and electrical components;
Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS;
Coordinate with contractors and communicate status to leadership
