** 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday night – Thursday morning)

** What You’ll Do
** As an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices
* Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
* Diagnose and resolve issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production running efficiently
* Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
* Participate in ongoing training and skill development##
** What You’ll Need
*** 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
** OR
* * technical degree in a related field
** OR
* * journeyman’s card    *(Less experience may be considered at a different level)
** Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and code books
* Strong understanding of electrical theory, controls, and codes
* Experience with line setups, inspections, and electrical testing equipment
* Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, measurements)##
** Nice to Have
*** Experience with PLCs and drives (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
* Knowledge of AC/DC motors, HVAC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
* Experience with welding/torch equipment and precision measuring tools
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn##
** Physical Requirements
*** Frequent standing and walking
* Occasional sitting, reaching, and forceful motion
* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
* Minimal climbing and occasional lifting over 100 lbs
* Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation##
