Sc Social Work Team Lead

Social Work Team Lead – Aug Prep South Campus – 10‑month schedule + 2‑week summer work.

• Lead all social workers at Aug Prep South; serve as first contact for consults, policy guidance, and performance concerns.
• Complete employee reviews with the Director of Social Work.
• Plan and facilitate professional development for the department.
• Collaborate weekly with the Director of Social Work to check in and collaborate.
• Assist in hiring, training new social workers, and leading school‑wide PD.
• Attend Leadership Nights/special sessions throughout the year.
• Work two weeks in summer to prepare for the school year.

• Manage a caseload of students and provide faith‑based services.
• Integrate social‑emotional learning and faith integration in the classroom.
• Document encounters, provide Christian counseling short‑term, and connect families to resources.
• Collaborate with faculty, Special Education, and community agencies.
• Conduct home visits, reports, and comply with WI state reporting.
• Perform related work or additional school functions as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work required;
  Master’s a plus.
• WI State license preferred.
• Experience in trauma‑informed care and school‑based counseling.
• Faith‑based integration and Christian church participation.
• Leadership, mentorship, organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Integrity and alignment with St. Augustine Preparatory mission.
