Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Social Worker (PRN) to support both inpatient and outpatient services in Milwaukee. You will help families navigate discharge planning, connect them with community resources, and address social and emotional needs to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
The role requires an MSW and at least 1 year of social work experience, with hospital experience preferred. Work 2–3 days per week, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, onsite at Milwaukee Hospital. No evenings or weekends.
