Youth Care Coordination Intern - Community Mental Health

Graceworks Lutheran Services is offering a non-paid internship in Wraparound Milwaukee Care Coordination. The role involves facilitating monthly team meetings, supporting youth during court hearings, and attending IEP meetings. Interns will learn about mental health services for youth within the juvenile justice system while developing skills in communication, organization, and cultural competence. Candidates should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a human services field and are expected to exhibit a strong interest in helping others.
