Position Summary
Formulate and implement individual and group interventions in the areas of reentry programming, including Anger Management, Domestic Violence, Employment, Cognitive Behavioral Programming, and Parenting groups, as well as structured group activities such as recreational tournaments and fundraisers. Conduct evaluations using evidence‑based evaluation rating tools, implement case and treatment plans, deliver evidence‑based DAI programming, and develop therapeutic interventions to improve Persons In Our Care success in completing program requirements.

Pay schedule 12‑64 with a starting pay of $30.54/hour - $35.03/hour
. Pay on appointment for current state employees may vary according to the applicable pay transaction provisions of the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code. A twelve‑month probationary period is required. To receive the bonus, candidates must confirm their intent to work in that position for a year; if they leave sooner they may be required to reimburse the initial payment.

Department of Corrections may conduct pre‑employment drug screens; any applicant who is offered employment in a position which requires a pre‑employment drug screen must pass the screen as a contingency of employment.
Department of Corrections will conduct criminal background checks on applicants prior to selection. Upon hire, all new DOC employees are subject to fingerprinting.

- Treatment techniques related to criminogenic needs
- Use of database software and office suite software (MS Office, etc.)
