Parenting and Family Support Case Manager

What Will I Do as a Family Support Case Manager?

• Provide in-home visiting services to parents, first‑time parents, and families with young children to promote positive outcomes.
• Create individualized plans to help parents develop confidence in caring for their children and building self‑esteem.
• Provide education about child growth and development and offer support and reinforcement for healthy parenting skills.
• Offer assistance to all family members to resolve tensions and discord that can arise around co‑parenting, visitation, discipline, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field (Human Development, Family Studies, Human Services, Sociology) required.
• At least six months experience in a social service or health care setting required; 2+ years preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance (liability coverage $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident).

$45,000 – $47,000
