Recovery Support Professional

Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Recovery Support Professional to provide compassionate, recovery-focused support to adults and families engaged in our behavioral health and housing programs. In this role, you will coach clients in daily living skills, goal setting, and self-advocacy while promoting independence, dignity, and community integration. You will help clients navigate resources, appointments, and benefits, and accurately document services and progress in electronic records.

Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered culture, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, case managers, and housing staff as part of an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate brings lived or professional experience in behavioral health or social services, strong boundaries, and a commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.
