Collective Montessori School Inc is an independent charter school created in order to provide children with an inclusive, diverse, authentic, and community-centered Montessori education. Our mission is to provide children with hands-on, real world, engaging and exceptional instruction that follows each individual child and promotes collaboration among home, other students and school staff.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a love for inclusive, individualized education, and the ability to inspire and support students and their families.

• Conducting speech and language assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized plans
• Providing direct therapy services
• Collaborating with teachers and parents
• Monitoring and documenting progress
• Maintaining special education compliance under all applicable laws

• Master's Degree, required
• DPI Licensed or licensable for Speech-Language Pathologist
