Weekend Addiction Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services seeks Weekend Addiction Support Staff to provide compassionate, on-site support to adults in recovery. This role monitors client safety, documents observations, and reinforces treatment goals within a residential or community-based setting. You will assist with daily living activities, support groups and programming, respond to crises using trauma-informed approaches, and collaborate closely with clinical staff.
