Pathfinders in Milwaukee seeks a Youth Shelter Aide to provide caring shelter services to runaway and homeless youth aged 11-21 in a 24-hour program. You will assist with intake, safety, and daily activities.
The role requires a bachelor’s in social work (preferred), at least one year of childcare experience, and the ability to work varied shifts including overnight and weekends. First aid certification is required after hire.
