IMPACT Inc. is seeking a part-time Community Resource Specialist for the IMPACT 211 team in Milwaukee, WI. The role is hybrid with 13-19 hours per week and a 3rd shift schedule, supporting information and referral services 24/7/365.
As a CRS, you will assess customer needs, develop action plans, document contacts, and advocate for clients while coordinating with community resources. A background in social services and strong communication skills are preferred.
