Lutheran Social Services seeks an Addiction Treatment Support professional to assist clients engaged in substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment. In this community-based role, you will provide recovery-focused support, help clients navigate services, coordinate appointments, document progress, and collaborate with counselors, case managers, and community partners. You will promote harm reduction, facilitate groups, engage families when appropriate, and advocate for client needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct recovery-oriented support to individuals in addiction treatment.
- Assist clients with service navigation, scheduling, and follow-up appointments.
- Monitor, document, and report client progress in electronic health records or agency systems.
- Support implementation of treatment plans developed by licensed clinicians.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate psycho educational or support groups as assigned.
- Educate clients and families on substance use, relapse prevention, and available resources.
- Coordinate with counselors, case managers, and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
- Promote harm reduction, safety planning, and crisis response within scope of role.
- Advocate for client needs while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement activities.
