About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator / Developer will join a highly collaborative IT team supporting a Global Investment Banking group with 600+ users. This role requires a hybrid skill set—primarily Salesforce declarative and programmatic development, with occasional full‑stack development tasks. Mulesoft experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Act as subject matter expert for Salesforce administration and development.
- Design and implement declarative solutions (flows, process builder, etc.) and programmatic solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to map Salesforce features to business processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and support rollout of enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Drive user adoption and create training materials as needed.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices.

Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Hybrid model 3 days a week in office.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour.
