Job Description
Windchill Developer – responsible for developing, configuring, customizing and integrating various Windchill modules (PDMLink, Project Link, MPMLink) using Java and Windchill APIs.
Gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical designs and specifications.
Develop code to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.
Use automation tools such as CI/CD pipelines.
Create detailed technical designs, documentation, unit test cases and knowledge transfer materials.
Ensure system performance, quality, and adherence to standards.
Responsibilities- Develop, configure, customize, and integrate Windchill modules using Java and Windchill APIs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Develop integration code between Windchill and enterprise systems.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, design specifications, unit test cases, and training materials.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, quality, and compliance with standards.
- Effective stakeholder communication.
- Project planning and execution.
- Prioritization of tasks and deadline management.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
- Risk management and resource allocation.
- Mentoring and coaching team members.
- Conflict resolution.

$120,000 – $140,000 per year.
