We are seeking a senior consultant with hands‑on experience standing up Anthropic Claude in a production enterprise environment. This is not a general AI/ML or Azure OpenAI‑focused role. The ideal consultant has helped a large organization deploy Claude at scale, including agent and skill development, secure data/tool connectors, governance, and safe sharing of AI assets across teams.

• Lead the enterprise rollout of Anthropic Claude across teams and business functions.
• Design and deploy Claude‑based agents, skills, workflows, and reusable AI assets.
• Build secure connectors between Claude and internal data sources, applications, and enterprise tools.
• Establish governance models for safely sharing agents, skills, prompts, workflows, and connectors across teams.
• Define permissioning, access controls, guardrails, versioning, and risk controls for enterprise AI adoption.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify high‑value Claude use cases and prioritize implementation.
• Advise on best practices for Claude development, prompt/workflow design, testing, evaluation, and ongoing optimization.
• Help teams move from experimentation to secure, scalable, production‑ready Claude usage.

• Proven experience deploying Anthropic Claude in production for a large organization.
• Experience building Claude agents, skills, workflows, or similar reusable AI capabilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise connectors into internal data, systems, and tools.
• Experience with governance, security, permissioning, and safe cross‑team sharing of AI assets.
• Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Comfort operating as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on execution partner.
• Experience helping organizations move from AI pilots to enterprise‑wide adoption.
