Data Integration Developer

Our client is seeking a Data Integration Developer to join their team. As a Data Integration Developer, you will be part of the IT Data Integration team supporting business intelligence, analytics, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Data Integration Developer

Milwaukee, Wisconsin

• Owns delivery of hybrid data pipelines to support business needs
• Develops and maintains complex stored procedures, views, and functions
• Builds and schedules SSIS packages for ETL processes
• Integrates on-premises data sources with cloud platforms securely and efficiently
• Leads small projects or initiatives, providing technical guidance to junior engineers

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Integration / Business Intelligence in complex environments working with SSIS
• Proficiency in Data Integration and Business Intelligence tools and concepts such as ETL, Data Warehousing, and event‑based processing
• Experience with SQL Server, SQL, T‑SQL, and relational data modeling
• Familiarity with cloud data pipeline technologies like Snowflake and dbt
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SSAS; API and C# coding experience is a plus
