Requirements
Must have:- 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in integration development within complex delivery environments
- Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services
- Advanced experience with Azure API Management
- Solid programming skills in C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON, and XML
- Proven ability to create Low-Level Designs and contribute to High-Level Designs
- Strong understanding of event-driven, distributed, and microservices-based architectures
- Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions
- Advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
- Practical use of Git Hub Copilot or M365 Copilot and familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience with Mule Soft architecture, migrations, or coexistence is preferred
- Exposure to AI/ML integration use cases and intelligent automation is preferred
- Knowledge of enterprise security, API governance, and compliance frameworks is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex, large-scale integration solutions using Azure Integration Services – Build scalable, high-performance, production-ready solutions for enterprise integration scenarios – Create reusable frameworks, advanced integration patterns, and shared components to speed up delivery – Design and implement enterprise-grade APIs with Azure API Management – Configure advanced APIM policies for security, transformation, throttling, and routing – Own Low-Level Design activities for modules and critical components – Translate business and architectural needs into scalable technical designs – Ensure compliance with architecture standards, design principles, and best practices – Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines with Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions – Automate build, deployment, and release processes using Infrastructure as Code – Strengthen release reliability, rollback strategies, and deployment governance – Lead unit testing, integration testing, and validation activities – Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis across APIs, events, and workflows – Support critical production incidents and resolve performance bottlenecks – Implement and enhance observability using Azure Monitor and Application Insights – Ensure solutions meet service-level expectations for reliability, scalability, and performance – Use Git Hub Copilot or M365 Copilot to accelerate coding, improve documentation, and support debugging – Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity and delivery quality – Provide hands‑on technical leadership and guide developers on design, coding, and best practices – Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and quality checks – Mentor engineers and junior developers to strengthen team capability – Collaborate with Leads, Architects, QA, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders – Align design, development, and delivery timelines – Contribute actively in fast‑paced agile delivery environments
