Digital Production Engineering Intern OR Student Co-Op

Responsibilities

• Help manage projects: create and track tasks in Jira (or similar tools)
• Assist with timelines, deliverables, and communication between teams
• Participate in sprint planning and stand‑ups
• Support production tasks including kiosks, apps, games (e.g., Toyota EV quiz, Ford Mustang timeline, Unreal Engine simulator)
• Document issues and follow them through resolution
• Provide content updates and organize files
• Take meeting notes, status updates, and client requests
• Create simple reports that show progress and next steps
• Learn processes: build apps with Angular/Electron, dashboards with Firebase, immersive 3D experiences with Unreal Engine

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer/Software Engineering
• Interest in digital media, interactive design, or app development
• Comfortable with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Familiarity with web or app concepts (HTML, CSS, JS, Angular/React a plus)
• Organized, detail‑minded, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork

• Exposure to real client work for brands like Toyota, Subaru, Ford, and Mirion Medical
• Front‑row seat to how digital activations are built, from kickoff to deployment
• Mentorship from a tight‑knit team of producers, designers, and developers
• Chance to contribute to projects that will be seen at major events and dealerships nationwide

For a rising senior (graduating in 2027), the anticipated pay rate is $27.00/hour.
