Title: Salesforce Developer (Temporary Assignment)
We’reseekinga Salesforce Developer (3+ years of experience) to support our experienced Salesforce developer and help execute a growing backlog of platform enhancements. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys hands ‑ on development, and wants mentorship while contributing meaningful work.
You’llwork across Sales Cloud,Experience Cloud,and custom Apex/LWC components. Experience with Tableau Next or modern analytics tooling is abonus butnotrequired.
Key Responsibilities- Salesforce Development — Build andmodify
Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and flows. - Platform Configuration — Create/update objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, andflowautomation.
- Backlog Execution — Own small to medium development tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
- Bug Investigation — Reproduce issues,identify root causes, and deliver fixes.
- Release Support — Assist with deployments, version control, and environment coordination.
- Documentation —Maintaintechnicalnotes, change logs, and configuration documentation.

Team Collaboration — Work with admins, business teams, and analytics partners to understand requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science,information systems or other related fields from four-year College or University.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Preferred / Plus)
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).
- Familiarity with Sales Cloudand Experience Cloud(Communities) and custom UI configuration.
- Understandingofbasicintegration concepts (REST APIs, Web-to-Case, Web-to-Lead).
- Experience with
Git ‑ based version control. - Exposure to Tableau Next or similar analytics platforms isa plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling and reporting best practices.
- Ability to work in asprint ‑ based, structured development environment.
- Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with defined priorities.
- Comfortable working within established architecture and coding standards.
- Curious, proactive learner who seeks mentorship and continuous improvement.
- Reliable, consistent, and able to deliver high ‑ qualitywork in a contract setting.
