Sanimax is looking to hire a 2nd shift CDL-A Driver located in our DeForest, WI location. For more information, please contact  ext. 3385.

• Competitive compensation starting from $28.56/hr to $36.54/hr (based on experience)
• Time‑and‑a‑half for hours worked beyond 40 per week
• Sign‑on bonus: $2,500
• Relocation assistance available for candidates outside the commuting zone
• Full benefits package: medical, dental, and 401(k) with up to 5% company match
• 3% quarterly bonuses

• Milwaukee‑based candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Initial expectation: commute to DeForest for onboarding and regular work.
• Dedicated route from Milwaukee to DeForest.
• Long‑term flexibility may be available, including options for local truck parking, as operational needs evolve.

• Operate high‑quality, well‑maintained Sanimax trucks to service grocery stores, restaurants, and commercial customers.
• Safely collect and load products and raw materials at customer locations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer contact points.
• Conduct routine truck inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver items over 400 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable with frequent entry/exit of trucks and equipment.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
