• Perform pre-trip responsibilities including checking route and account numbers, counting items, checking customer invoices, and performing safety checks according to DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Drive to and deliver customer orders following all regulations and protocols.
• Maintain load temperatures according to specifications.
• Unload products and place them in customer storage areas.
• Verify delivery, obtain signatures, collect payments, and communicate discrepancies.
• Manage backhauls for load optimization and compliance.
• Complete post-trip responsibilities including unloading damaged goods, paperwork, vehicle safety checks, and securing the vehicle.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report accidents or damages immediately.
• Attend required company meetings.

• Minimum age of 21
• Valid Class B CDL

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs, and ascend/descend steps and ladders as specified.
