CRJ First Officer Air

🧭 Your mission

As an Air Wisconsin First Officer, you’ll safely operate CRJ-series aircraft while delivering a warm, professional passenger experience. You’ll partner closely with your Captain and crew, follow company SOPs and FAA regulations, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship.

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs and FAA guidance.
• Practice disciplined checklist use, precise communication, and strong CRM.
• Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams for on‑time, safe operations.
• Participate in recurrent training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent Air Wisconsin with professionalism and customer care.

• License: FAA — ATP qualified. Must hold an ATP or meet the requirements to obtain an ATP or Restricted ATP per CFR 61.159/61.160.
• Medical:
  Current Class 1 medical.
• Type Rating:
  Not required; CRJ training provided (NTR).
• Radio License: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Travel Documents:
  Valid civilian passport and authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by Air Wisconsin.
• Driver’s License:
  Valid United States driver’s license.
• Accepted Licenses: FAA.

• ATP‑CTP course completed.
• Current ATP certificate.
• Previous 121 airline experience.
