About the RoleAs MLS Logistics & Transportation Over-the-Road (OTR) truck drivers play a critical role in the transportation industry, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods across long distances. QualificationsMust have Class A CDL for 6 months minimum (120 days or longer).

Salary$1200-$2800 weekly pay ($62,000-$146,000 yearly pay).
ScheduleWork 7 days, get 1 off day. 100% on the driver to accumulate off days.
Responsibilities- Driving Expertise
- Operate large commercial vehicles over long distances.
- Have knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain endurance and focus during extended periods behind the wheel.
- Cargo Management
- Load, secure, and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
- Ensure weight distribution complies with regulations.
- Require additional training and certification for hazardous or refrigerated goods.
- Navigation and Route Planning
- Optimize delivery schedules and fuel consumption.
- Use GPS, maps, and road knowledge.
- Adjust routes for detours, closures, or weather.
- Time Management
- Adhere to delivery schedules and hours-of-service regulations.
- Balance rest breaks with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate updates to dispatchers and logistics coordinators.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Inspect and maintain vehicles in optimal condition.
- Check fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, lights.
- Report mechanical issues promptly.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Serve as a front-line representative; interact with customers and vendors.
- Provide status updates and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and reliability.
