Position: Field Service Tech I

Field Service Technician (CDL Class A/B Drivers)

Schedule
  • 1st Shift
  • Daily availability between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM
  • Typical start time between 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM (based on customer needs)
  • 8–12 hour days
  • Monday–Friday
  • Occasional weekend work
  • On‑call availability for emergency service
Compensation

CDL Class A – starting at $33/hr (without prior industry experience!)

CDL Class B – starting at $31/hr (without prior industry experience!)

Experienced Operators (min 1 to 2 years experience) – starting at $34–35/hr

Consistent overtime available. Annual earning potential between $95,000 and $120,000.

Weekly pay every Friday.

What You’ll Do

This is more than just a driving job.

As a CDL Pump Truck Driver, you will operate state‑of‑the‑art:

  • Vactor trucks
  • Pump trucks
  • Jetter trucks
You Will Assist With
  • Sewer and catch basin cleaning
  • Hydro excavating
  • Line repair and inspection
  • Grease trap and interceptor pumping
  • Pipe jetting

You’ll work hands‑on in the field while serving commercial and industrial customers throughout the area.

Qualifications
  • Valid CDL Class A or B (with Tanker endorsement)
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT drug & alcohol screening, physical, and background check
  • Ability to lift 55+ lbs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability for on‑call rotation
  • Must obtain a Wisconsin SEPTAGE license upon hire
