Job Overview
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On call rotation during weekends every 5th week).
Sign‑on bonus: $500, paid out after 90 days of employment.

- 0-3 years of delivery driving experience preferred
- Valid state‑issued driver’s license required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Follow all DOT standards and regulations
- Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
- Ability to lift water heaters up to 1,500 lbs
- Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery, is a plus
- Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach
- Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads
- Deliver water heaters (150–1,500 lbs) with the assistance of a dolly
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Fuel the truck as needed and report any problems or issues to a supervisor
- Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Pre‑employment drug and background screening required
Pay Range: $15.61 – $23.41 per hour. The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
