Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer on regional and long-haul routes.

Transport freight while maintaining compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Deliver freight on time while providing professional service to customers and shippers.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.

Accurately maintain electronic logs and required transportation documentation.

Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, and operational updates.

Follow all company safety procedures and defensive driving practices.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.

Report maintenance concerns and equipment issues promptly.

Ensure safe and efficient operation while maximizing available mileage opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL License

Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred

Drivers with 6 months of recent Class A experience may be considered

Must live within a 40-mile radius of:

Oakdale, MN
New Hope, MN
Charlotte, NC

No DUI, DWI, or OWI convictions within the past 7 years

No more than 1 non-serious moving violation within the last 12 months

No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years

No more than 1 non-serious preventable accident within the last 12 months

No more than 2 accidents within the last 2 years

SAP drivers may be considered if the program has been successfully completed and driving privileges have been fully reinstated

Ability to pass all DOT employment, drug screening, and background requirements

Strong commitment to safety and customer service

Pay Package

$0.56 CPM Base Pay

Additional $0.10 CPM Per Diem

2,500 - 2,700 Miles Per Week

Annual Earnings of Approximately $85,000 - $93,000
