Bio Watch Courier / Carrier-Driver (Milwaukee to Chicago Route)

Position is seasonal, immediate hire

We are seeking a highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Carrier-Driver to support local biodefense and environmental public health monitoring as part of the federal Bio Watch Program. This critical role is responsible for the daily, secure transport of air monitoring samples from a designated pickup location in Milwaukee, WI, to a federal drop-off/laboratory facility in Chicago, IL. Because these samples are time-sensitive and tied to national security preparedness frameworks, strict adherence to a non-negotiable daily schedule and rigorous chain-of-custody protocols is required.

• Full-Time / Daily Contract Route
• Base Pay:
  Competitive hourly rate paid for total roundtrip hours. ($20-$24/hr)
• Travel Reimbursement:
  Full mileage reimbursement based on standard federal/GSA rates for personal vehicle use.
• Consistency:
  Predictable daily schedule and guaranteed roundtrip hours.

• Secure Sample Pickup:
  Report daily to the designated Milwaukee pickup location at the exact scheduled time to receive securely packaged Bio Watch air monitoring filters.
• Chain of Custody:
  Maintain flawless, error-free paper and digital chain-of-custody documentation. Verify that all log sheets, seals, and labels exactly match the cargo before departing.
• Route Execution:
  Drive the daily regional route from Milwaukee to the designated federal drop-off facility in Chicago, navigating safely and adapting efficiently to traffic or weather delays.
• Safe Delivery & Handoff

Immediate hire - will interview and train in 1 week time. Start date of July 6th.
