Quantem Aviation Services is a premier aircraft handling provider offering cargo warehousing, mail handling, ramp handling, terminal services, and GSE fuel supply and maintenance services.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour;
Mon‑Fri 8:30pm – 12:00am.

As a Ramp Agent you will work as part of a team delivering safe and efficient aircraft services, providing the highest level of customer service and keeping passengers and aircraft moving safely and on time.

• Properly and safely load and unload freight, including building up and breaking down cargo pallets and freight containers following guidelines.
• Maintain equipment certifications and operate equipment safely.
• Obtain proper security documents for all shipments.
• Verify upon receipt from customer shipment pieces, weight, dimensions and airworthiness.
• Verify upon delivery to customer shipment pieces and airway bill numbers.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Maintain and treat all information as confidential.
• Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English.
• Must be able to verbally direct in English.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
• Successful completion of the SIDA airport badging or background check process is required for this location.

• Warehouse – physically strenuous, prolonged periods standing with exposure to noise, potentially unpleasant odors, varying temperatures and humidity, surrounding heavy moving equipment.
• Outdoor – prolonged periods standing with exposure to weather, dust, fuel, fumes, noise, and around heavy equipment and moving vehicles.

• Must be able to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to speak and hear efficiently.
• Able to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds at times.
• Ability to climb ladders of up to 15 feet in height.
• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling.
