Salary Range: $11.50–$13.50 per hour

• Responsible for all In shopper tasks while not on a delivery.
• Know your schedule, arrive on time, or if you are going to be late, call your manager before your scheduled start time.
• Take phone orders and complete delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner.
• Deliver sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner in the established delivery area only.
• Accept payment from customers for orders and provide correct change without cash handling errors.
• Work with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery sales, including accepting tips, DMR, and confirming miles driven for the shift based on the current systems in place.
• Fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with Jimmy John's Dress Code.
• Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
• Display a sense of urgency in all tasks.

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and moving about the unit the entire workday.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.

Sign‑On Bonus of $600! Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Jimmy John's Delivery Driver's goal is to get that sandwich in the customer's hand as quickly as can be. We do this by learning the most efficient route, double‑checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law‑abiding while on the street).

While not on the road, Drivers work as In Shoppers and are compensated accordingly. Delivery is a customer service job, so following customer's request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.
