Prepare, amend, and revoke transportation military orders for recruits and enlistees assigned to all Services.;
Manage and verify shipping projections using e-Orders Shipping Register and United States Military Entrance Processing Command Integrated Resource System (USMIRS).;
Serve as a Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) ensuring the designated government travel company adheres to travel contract requirements, reviewing production activities and analyzing support quality effectiveness.;
Perform monthly, annual, and change of transportation specialist or acting transportation officer inventory, as required, on all transportation accountable forms.;
Coordinate with five Service liaisons ensuring any issues regarding recruit travel have been addressed.
