Your Mission
As Captain, you will command Beechcraft 99 operations across North America and the Caribbean, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flights while setting the tone for professionalism and service.
- Exercise PIC authority, decision-making, and crew leadership throughout all phases of flight.
- Plan and execute flights: performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and route selection.
- Operate to company SOPs and applicable FAA regulations with rigorous checklist discipline.
- Manage risk in changing environments; maintain stabilized approaches and high airmanship standards.
- Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance; ensure airworthiness, MEL/CDL compliance, and accurate operational paperwork.
- Mentor and communicate effectively with crew members and ground teams; represent the brand with customers and stakeholders.
- Total Time: 1,200 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours (including 75 hours multi‑engine PIC)
- Cross‑Country: 500 hours (point‑to‑point)
- Night: 100 hours
- Instrument: 75 hours (50 in an actual airplane)
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME — FAA only
- Medical:
Class 1 - Type Rating:
Not required (Training Provided)
- Valid passport with at least 36 months remaining at the start of training.
- Able to travel unrestricted to Canada, Mexico, and all countries in the Caribbean.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Pass all background checks and FAA/DOT pre‑employment drug test.
- Milwaukee, WI (KMKE) base.
- Agree to a 1-year Training Agreement.
- Covid-19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law.
- Visa sponsorship not provided.
Based in Milwaukee, you’ll operate regional missions with potential international segments to Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, subject to company scheduling and operational needs.
