Responsibilities
  • Safely operate shuttle buses, motor coaches, and other commercial vehicles to transport passengers on scheduled routes or special events
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and mechanical readiness, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions professionally
  • Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance needs
  • Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users
  • Communicate clearly with dispatchers and team members using radio or other communication devices for route updates or emergencies
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks or report issues promptly to ensure optimal vehicle performance
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger (P) endorsement required; clean driving record preferred
  • Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or similar roles such as school bus driving or motor coach operation
  • Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
  • Knowledge of paratransit services or limousine driving is a plus but not required
  • Prior experience in delivery driving or customer service roles demonstrates reliability and professionalism
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed
  • A safety-focused mindset with excellent driving skills and attention to detail
