365 Freight USA offers a paid mentor program for new CDL-A graduates, with 4–6 weeks of training on the road alongside an experienced trainer. After training, drivers move into their own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week, with weekly direct deposit and full benefits after training.
You’ll gain real on-the-road experience, build confidence, and follow a structured path from recent graduate to solo driver while learning safe driving, trip planning, and dispatch communication.
