$28 per hour + Shift Differential + Quarterly Bonus up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level‑up development programs.
Shift DetailsThursday – Saturday (3x13s), 3:00 AM start time. One overnight/hotel stay per week as needed (estimated 1 time every two to three weeks based on PTO).
What You’ll Do- Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
- Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
- Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
- Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
- High School Diploma or GED (highly preferred).
- 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience.
- Basic troubleshooting and hand tool proficiency.
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Safe Driving Record (Past 36 months):
Limited or no MVR moving violations or PSP report violations. - Zero Tolerance (Past 5 years):
No DUI/DWI convictions, no speeding over 100 mph. - Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen and be subject to DOT random testing after hire.
