Flatbed CDL-A Regional Driver

Pay
: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03 per week (full time). Annual $53,736.33 – $93,341.73, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service. Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.52 – $0.66 per mile. Additional accessorial compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as applicable.

Transition Package
: $1,800 transitional package, $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Maintain safe driving habits and perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Ensure regular maintenance and compliance with safety protocols.
• Complete trip documentation and record mileage and accessorial payments.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training, including physical capability tests (90‑pound tarp onto 5‑foot high platform).
• Use the driver portal and communication systems for trip updates and payment tracking.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Sound driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience (preferred 1 year).
• Background check, clean drug test, and clear clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform.
