We are seeking skilled Winter Maintenance Equipment Operators to join our team for the upcoming season. You will play a vital role in ensuring site safety and accessibility by operating heavy machinery to clear parking lots and manage ice control, directly contributing to the operational success of our client sites.

You will play a vital role in ensuring site safety and accessibility by operating heavy machinery to clear parking lots and manage ice control, directly contributing to the operational success of our client sites.
Responsibilities- Execute precise snow plowing and salt application on commercial properties as directed by site management.
- Ensure the longevity and reliability of machinery by performing routine equipment inspections and reporting maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate daily fuel logs and ensure equipment cabs remain organized and free of debris after every shift.
- Proactively communicate site conditions, fuel levels, and any safety incidents to the field foreman to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform manual snow removal or salting tasks as required to maintain high safety standards across all assigned locations.
- Participate in mandatory pre-job safety briefings to ensure all team members are aligned on protocols and site-specific requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial snow removal or heavy equipment operation.
- Proven ability to operate skid steers and wheel loaders safely and efficiently.
- Must possess a clean driving record and the physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with dispatch and field leadership.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for specialized equipment and transport tasks.
- Previous experience as a salt truck driver or in winter facility maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while adhering to strict safety and quality guidelines.
