We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a background in event production to lead warehouse operations supporting AV, décor, and staging for high‑impact events. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in organization and systems, and knows what it takes to get shows out the door flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities Include- Maintaining an organized, safe, and show‑ready warehouse
- Managing equipment, check‑ins/check‑outs, and inventory software
- Overseeing prep, quality control, and post‑event returns
- Ensuring trucks, vehicles, and equipment are ready and well‑maintained
- Supporting production teams during load‑ins, sets, strikes, and load‑outs
- Improving warehouse workflows, processes, and efficiency
- Skilled at solving operational challenges and keeping workflows running smoothly
- Comfortable using software to manage equipment and warehouse operations
- Physically able to lift and move equipment 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and able to support events on and off site
- Be part of a creative, high‑energy team
