• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts using RF scanners to verify inventory accuracy.
• Complete timely inventory adjustments in the warehouse management system.
• Investigate variances, determine root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal review.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers regarding inventory discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to maintain inventory integrity.
• Balance competing priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all company policies related to food safety, people safety, and compliance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience required; 1 year of inventory control or cycle counting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory transactions, and material flow.
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret written, oral, and diagram instructions.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification (or prior certification).
