, home to high-tech pizza production, on-site bakery operations, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving operation. You’ll work in cooler, freezer, and warm bakery environments depending on daily assignments.
What you’ll do…
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts using RF scanners to verify inventory accuracy.
- Complete timely inventory adjustments in the warehouse management system.
- Investigate variances, determine root causes, and support corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal review.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers regarding inventory discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to maintain inventory integrity.
- Balance competing priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all company policies related to food safety, people safety, and compliance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience required; 1 year of inventory control or cycle counting preferred.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory transactions, and material flow.
- Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret written, oral, and diagram instructions.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (or prior certification).
- You maintain strong attention to detail and follow established processes.
- You adapt effectively to changing priorities and operational challenges.
- You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly.
- You are reliable, accountable, and focused on accurate results.
