Forklift Operator - 1st Shift Job Description Responsibilities

• Process orders and pick parts for internal work.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including handling BOLs and packing slips.
• Utilize RF scanners effectively for inventory management.
• Use ERP systems, with familiarity in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft AX, or similar data entry systems.
• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, or walkie riders efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks with materials accurately.

• 2+ years of material handling or forklift experience.
• 2+ years of experience in loading/unloading materials.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory and order processing.

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Experience utilizing pallet wrappers.
• Technological savvy.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience a comfortable work environment with 1st shift hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Our facility is climate-controlled and requires safety attire including steel toe shoes and safety glasses.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.10/hr.

This position is anticipated to close on May 21, 2026.
