Logistics Specialist, Data Center Facilities

Role Overview

Asa Logistics Specialistsupporting  Data Center Facilities, you will play a critical role in ensuring thesmooth flow of materials, tools, equipment, and partsthat enablesafe and reliablesite operations. Thisroleisresponsible for inventory accuracy,shipment coordination, material readiness, andlogisticsexecution that directly support maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure uptime acrossthe facility.

• Manage inbound and outboundshipments, deliveries, and inventory movements for data center facility operations.
• Maintainaccurateinventory records for criticalspare parts, tools, consumables, and facility equipment.
• Coordinate materialstaging,storage, and distribution tosupport preventive maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
• Partner withsite operations,vendors, and procurement teamsto ensuretimelydelivery of required materials and resolvelogisticsissues.
• Monitor stock levels,identifyshortagesor risks, and escalate replenishment needsfor business-critical items.
• Ensurestorage areas, cages, and inventory locationsremainorganized,secure, andaudit-ready.
• Supportshipping, receiving,asset tracking, documentation, and chain-of-custody processes in accordance withsitestandards.
• Maintain compliance with safety,security, and operational procedures related to material handling andsitelogistics.
