Hourly pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr
Compensation includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package.
What You'll DoAs a warehouse associate, you will play a key role in delivering products to customers by accurately picking and packing orders, and ensuring safe and timely shipping.
- Load and unload trucks and move materials safely using a forklift, pallet jack, handcart, cherry picker, walking riders, reach trucks, EZGo carts, or other device (training provided)
- Count, check and record items entering or leaving the warehouse
- Use handheld devices to scan barcodes and labels for inventory tracking
- Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize and route material for safe delivery or storage
- Help keep products free from damage and organized
- Follow and promote procedures that keep the warehouse safe and secure
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, or up to 75 lbs with assistance or team members
- Ability to stand and walk for much of the shift
- Basic math skills (add and subtract numbers)
- Willingness to learn how to operate equipment such as a forklift and handheld scanning device (training provided)
- Ability to work in various temperatures within the warehouse
