Warehouse Lead, Day Shift

Warehouse Day Lead Responsibilities

• Manage order selection, shipping, receiving, and other basic warehouse activities.
• Schedule order selection and replenishment, utilizing WMS for wave planning.
• Manage loading and unloading of product, ensuring safe and efficient completion.
• Lead and direct workflow, monitor employee productivity and accuracy.
• Enforce compliance with policies, procedures and rules; maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Oversee timekeeping and staffing; screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel.
• Maintain all safety activities; ensure operations comply with OSHA standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus).
• Forklift certification and experience desired.
• Must be able to work assigned hours, Monday–Friday.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, be self‑managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and fit‑for‑duty testing.

This is a full‑time, regular‑time position.
