• The Assistant Warehouse Lead supports the daily tasks of the warehouse manufacturing and distribution functions and is the interface of all functions of the warehouse.
• Daily phone, email and Live Chat communication with customers and sales reps
• Daily communication with Warehouse Supervisor and Office Manager
• Steps in as acting Assistant Warehouse Manager when they are out of office
• Train all warehouse employees on specific job functions
• Responsible for prioritizing and delegating work to warehouse personnel, assuring each job is completed in a professional and timely manner
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Ensure warehouse organization
• Inspect warehouse facilities and equipment and recommend changes in allocation of space
• Responsible for providing accurate counts of finished goods inventory and timely data entry for shipping and inventory purposes
• Sales orders, invoicing, and shipping of all customer orders
• Ensure superior customer satisfaction while maintaining a cost‑effective operation
• Assist with warehouse quality and safety
