2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Midwest Refrigerated Services is a full-service 3PL company providing refrigerated logistics services for the food industry. Based in Milwaukee, WI, we operate the largest fresh 48 state LTL consolidation pool with more than 100 trucks and multiple sites offering cooler and air‑conditioned storage, distribution, and cross‑docking services. We also provide refrigerated and non‑refrigerated warehouses along with value‑added services such as specialty packing, kitting, and fulfillment.

This position is primarily responsible for the daily movement of product throughout the warehouse and maintaining accurate reconciliation of product.

• Picking and staging of orders
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• General shipping and receiving duties
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness

• Ability to work in a cooler (34‑38°F)
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Good computer aptitude and math skills
• Lift up to 60 pounds frequently and 80+ pounds occasionally
• Experience working within RF‑controlled inventory systems or with food products is a plus
• Ability to work weekends and overtime
• Exceptional attendance record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating a forklift or powered pallet jack
• Prior experience with RF‑controlled inventory systems (a plus)
• Prior experience handling food products (a plus)
