Material Handlers
Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking dedicated Material Handlers to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations, supporting the efficient movement and management of goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
Milwaukee, WI
Pay Range: $20 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Handle and move materials within the warehouse efficiently and safely
- Load and unload trailers with accuracy and care
- Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and certified if applicable
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
What's Needed?
- Previous warehouse and/or distribution experience preferred
- Certified or experienced in operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
