Stand Up Forklift Operator

Kelly® is hiring Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators for a leading cold storage and logistics company in the Waukesha and Wauwatosa area!

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Weekend Shift: Saturday-Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse
Put away palletized inventory into elevated rack locations
Pick palletized products from rack locations for outbound shipments
Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and lifting devices
Use RF scanners to track inventory, weights, counts, and product conditions
Complete daily forklift inspections and maintenance checklists
Monitor battery levels and maintain charging equipment
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Assist with other material handling equipment and warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous stand-up reach forklift experience required
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments, including freezer conditions as low as
-20°F and dry storage areas up to 100°F
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends when needed
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying noise levels
