Warehouse Specialist - Receiving Inspector

Perform receiving and daily warehouse activities.

• Perform daily warehouse activities using a computerized inventory control system
• Receiving all incoming materials
• Performing quality inspection upon receipt of material
• Checking condition of items, comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list, noting discrepancies
• Scanning, digitizing, and attaching related documents to inventory control management system;
  Material handling duties as directed
• Cycle counting and matching the physical inventory with the inventory data in the system
• Reviewing paperwork/documents on incoming orders
• Unloading trucks, inspecting Fed Ex/UPS for damage
• Prioritizing urgent shipments for quick turn around

• Basic computer knowledge
• 1-2 years of receiving experience
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

• Pentagon software Basics
• Export & ITAR compliance
• Receiving (Receiving Inspection Only Approval on Inspection Roster)
• Aerospace Industry Quality Training (Which includes QMS training, FAA 00 56, Traceability, 8130-3 documents, PAH’s, ESD, Suspected unapproved Parts, Shelf Life/LLP’s, AD’s, ATA Spec 300, PMA Parts, Direct Ship Authority, Repair Stations and Standard Terminology).
• 90 Day Probation OJT (Includes:
  Return Material Authorization (RMA), Warehouse Transfers, Parts and Warehousing)
• Forklift certification
• Hazmat Training (Inspection Only)
